In 1999, Tony Siesto began his lifelong passion of building custom homes. What started out as a modest home builder, Old Orchard grew into one of the largest custom home builders in Toronto, building hundreds of homes around the GTA. In 2014 Tony started Old Orchard Properties, to develop and build small to medium sized town houses, and condos. Since then, Old Orchard Properties has developed and built an estimated half billion dollars in properties. Leveraging it’s knowledge in Construction Management and Property Development, Old Orchard opened it’s own property mangement company to fully oversee the ongoing property maintenance on it’s multi-res portfolio to maximize it’s returns to investors.
