If you are thinking of buying here, please do a lot of research and get every promise Tony gives in writing.
After delaying us two weeks before closing which broke the terms of our purchase agreement, he promised us to pay back our deposit.
I found out the unit was sold and contacted him. He said he was no longer going to pay us back our deposit.
After going through lawyers, we finally got it back because this was all his mess.
But I think that goes to show what type of builder he is and what kind of company he runs.
He also said he couldn't find a paid invoice so could not pay us back which shows how disorganized he is.
During the building process, we picked our floors 3 times, cabinets twice, appliances somehow increased by 3000. Everything was a complete mess. We were the first to close so maybe that's why but being the guinea pigs for this builder had many struggles and no rewards.
We had built before, and this process was not new to us. It was a mess.
Find a better investment somewhere else, it will save you time and stress.
