The project is now terminated and cancelled. Unit holders that purchased the condo 5+ years ago & after multiple delays on the building, they have notified that the builder has terminated and cancelled the project. Offering the current home owners who have waited for almost 6 years a 5% discount for new units and refunding their deposit back. To not finish the project, have numerous delays & try to offer current unit holders a “discounted’ price of 5% for a “new build” of today’s market is absolutely ridiculous.

The worst even builder! Intentionally delay construction in order to terminate existing contract to grabs more money. I hope God will look after him for what he deserves making people’s life miserable !!! 

They have just cancelled all contracts after five years of waiting

You may want to update your information. This is NOT under contruction, permits and site plans arent even approved! Occupancy Sept 2019 is long gone and they've just announced a 4 yr delay - so if you're lucky, it will be 2024. 

6 year delay... and counting
